Requirements for Admissions into Assi College of Health Sciences and Technology

The following are the Requirements for Admission at Assi college of Health and Technology. These are:
1- Purchase Application Form (Non-refundable fee of N5,000)
2- Eight Passport Photographs
3- Photocopies of all your educational credentials including your WAEC, NECO,
results or their equivalents.
4- Photocopies of your identification documents including your birth certificate,
indigene letter, etc.
5- Your transcript (if you are a direct entry or transfer student)
6- Complete this form and submit it with the Admission Requirements above to
the Admissions Office, Assi College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kilometer
3, Abuja-Kaduna Expressway, Madalla, Niger State.
