History of School of Health Technology Jahun
School of Health Technology Jahun was founded in 1989. It is the first School of Health Technology in Jigawa state Nigeria and the first to offer the Community Health Aids (CHA’s) course as its basic professional program in 1990.
School of Health Jahun School Fees
The school fees of School of Health Jahun is estimated to be N120,000 for Fresh Students.
Old Students pay less than N100,000.
School of Health Jahun Admission Requirements
The following are the Admission Requirements for School of Health Jahun, jigawa State, Nigeria.
Community Health Extension Worker CHEW (Direct)
1- Duration : 6 Semesters.
2- Entry Requirement: Five (5) O Level Credits WAEC Or NECO In English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry And Physics.
3- NATURE OF CERTIFICATE AWARDED: Diploma in Community Health
Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW) For Female Only
1- Duration : 4 Semesters.
2- Entry Requirement: Two (2) O Level Credits and Three (3) Passes in Basic Sciences Including at least Pass in English Language and Mathematics in WAEC Or NECO.
3- NATURE OF CERTIFICATE AWARDED: Certificate in Community Health
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
1- Duration : 6 Semesters.
2- Entry Requirement: Science Oriented Candidate With Five (5) O Level Credits WAEC Or NECO In English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics for not more than 5 years
3- NATURE OF CERTIFICATE AWARDED: MLT National Certificate
Environmental Health Technologist (EHT)
1- Duration : 8 Semesters.
2- Entry Requirement: Five (5) O Level Credits WAEC Or NECO In English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry And Physics
3- NATURE OF CERTIFICATE AWARDED: Higher National Diploma (HND)
Environmental Health Technician (EVT)
1- Duration : 6 Semesters.
2- Entry Requirement: Five (5) O Level Credits WAEC Or NECO In English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry And Physics, Agric Science, Technical Drawing and Geography
3- NATURE OF CERTIFICATE AWARDED: Diploma
Health Information Technical (HIT)
1- Duration : 6 Semesters.
2- Entry Requirement: Five (5) O Level Credits WAEC Or NECO In English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Chemistry, Physics or Geography and Economics
3- NATURE OF CERTIFICATE AWARDED: Diploma
Pharmacy Technician (PT)
