Minimum of Three (3) O’level Credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/ WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology with two (2) Passes in any other relevant subjects. Physics and Chemistry is an added advantage.
DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (CHEW)
Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/ WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
Holders of JCHEW Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200level.
MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (MLT)
Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
The result must not be more than ten (10) years old.
Holders of Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirements can apply.
PHAMACY TECHNICIAN (PT)
Five (5) O’Level credit at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology , Chemistry and Physics.
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM)/ (MEDICAL RECORD)
Minimum of Five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics Chemistry.
ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN (EVT)
Minimum of Four (4) O’Level credits and 1 Passes at not more than two sittings in GCE/ NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Biology/Health Science and any 2 of the following Subjects Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Agric
Science.
Holders of Environmental Health Assistant Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200Level.
DIPLOMA IN HEALTH EDUCATION AND PROMOTION (HPE)
Minimum of Four (4) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/ WAEC SSCE which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, and any 1 Subject
